Description
Sourceability is hiring a Senior SQL Server DBA to own the reliability, performance, recoverability, and operational quality of SQL Server-backed production and related database environments. The role focuses on production stability, high availability, disaster recovery, backup and restore, performance tuning, schema and migration review, release readiness, incident response, root cause analysis, documentation, and support for ETL, reporting, and data platform needs. It is a hands-on technical role within the Platform, DevOps & Data function, working with software engineering, product, DevOps, infrastructure, security, QA, and business stakeholders. The position is hybrid from Sourceability’s Singapore office and requires at least five years of hands-on production database experience.
