DiDi Autonomous Driving is hiring a Senior/Sr. Staff AI Infrastructure Engineer, Inference & Optimization to lead the deployment, performance tuning, resource scheduling, and system stability of AI models on vehicle-side and cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on low-latency inference pipelines, LLM and foundational-model serving, GPU profiling, CUDA and parallel programming, and production-grade software-hardware integration. Candidates need a master’s or higher degree in a relevant technical field and 3–8+ years of experience in high-performance computing, AI infrastructure, model optimization, or embedded deployment, with strong C++ and Python skills. The full-time position offers a base salary of $169,783–$351,000 annually plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
