Doctolib is hiring a Senior or Staff AI Engineer for its Remote Care stream to build and operate production-grade agentic systems for patient messaging and telehealth. The role focuses on AI agents, orchestration, memory, reasoning, tool adapters, multi-agent coordination, evaluation pipelines, security and safety guardrails, observability, and full-stack healthcare features, while mentoring software engineers. It is a permanent full-time position based in Milan, Italy, with a hybrid setup of up to two remote days per week.
