ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer for its Industry Vertical Engineering team to design, build, ship, and operate AI-native enterprise applications for regulated industries. The role focuses on agentic behavior, autonomous workflows, prompt and instruction engineering, evaluation and testing of non-deterministic systems, customer-facing forward deployment, production reliability, and technical leadership across multiple teams. Candidates need 10+ years of SaaS software engineering experience, strong software architecture and AI application development skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Base pay is $190,900-$334,100 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
