Description
Snowflake is hiring a Senior/Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, Applied AI for its Cortex AI team. The role leads end-to-end enterprise AI programs, including architecture, deployment, monitoring, quality evaluation, and handoff; mentors 2–6 Applied AI Engineers; and delivers scalable ML pipelines and agentic AI solutions. It requires hands-on technical leadership, LLM and RAG experience, evaluation framework expertise, customer-facing work, and at least 7 years of professional software engineering experience. The role is customer-facing, requires frequent travel within the United States, and includes a base salary of $200,000–$262,500 plus bonus and equity opportunities.
