The Hartford is hiring a Senior Staff Attorney for an in-house remote role to litigate cases throughout Nevada. The attorney will handle complex litigation involving premises liability, products liability, and automobile accidents, independently managing cases from inception through trial and appellate work. The role requires a JD, Nevada bar admission, at least 5 years of tort legal experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to use technology, new software, and AI tools in a legal environment.
