Fora is seeking a Senior/Staff Backend Engineer to join the Payments & Revenue Pod in New York City. This role involves designing and implementing scalable systems for advisor payments, commission earnings, and revenue systems. The engineer will collaborate with Product and Ops to bring financial data to life, build and optimize backend services, and ensure payouts are fast, accurate, and transparent. The position requires 6+ years of backend web development experience, proficiency in Python and related frameworks, and experience with financial or transactional data systems.
