Description
Suno is hiring a Senior / Staff Behavioral Engineer to make safe behavior the path of least resistance across its platform and internal processes. The role investigates abuse and risk patterns, redesigns signup flows, permission defaults, rate limits, approval steps, and verification gates, partners with Product and Engineering to prioritize risk-reducing changes, measures behavioral impact, leads root-cause reviews, and develops targeted awareness and training. Candidates need at least six years of experience in trust and safety, security, fraud, anti-abuse, or risk-focused product work, along with a record of reducing risky behavior through product and process design.
