Description
Infineon is hiring a Senior Staff Engineer for its Research & Development team to develop next-generation automotive power SiC MOSFET technologies. The role involves deriving device specifications, defining and verifying device layouts, planning and running DOE experiments, performing statistical analyses, leading root-cause investigations, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with automotive and other Infineon stakeholders. Candidates should have a degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, at least five years of semiconductor industry experience, and strong knowledge of power device physics, wafer technology, and semiconductor processing.
