ServiceNow is hiring an IC5 Senior Staff Engineer for its Data Platform group to architect and deliver large-scale distributed platform components, build scalable data ingestion solutions, create reusable engineering tools, lead complex technical initiatives, and troubleshoot production issues. The role requires 15–20 years of hands-on engineering experience in distributed systems, data platforms, or large-scale backend infrastructure, along with deep Java expertise, JVM performance knowledge, and experience with relational databases and distributed system architectures.
