Description
Intuit is hiring a Sr. Staff Data Scientist to lead analytics strategy and experimentation across its fast money and lending products, including refund advances, refund transfers, five-day early access, and lines of credit. The role sets the scientific and AI roadmap, leads complex A/B and quasi-experimental studies, develops customer segmentation, applies causal inference and machine learning, and mentors data scientists while influencing product, marketing, engineering, and lending strategy. The position requires 9+ years of data science and analytics experience, strong experimentation and causal-inference expertise, and a relevant advanced degree; fintech experience is preferred. The expected base pay in Oakland is $210,500–$284,500, with potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
