Description
Intuit is hiring a Senior Staff Data Scientist to lead analytics and measurement strategy for its Insurance business. The role partners with Product, Marketing, Engineering, AI Science, and business leaders to define the insurance analytics vision, shape product and business strategy, build customer and marketplace understanding, lead experimentation and causal measurement, advance personalization and matching, establish measurement architecture, identify growth opportunities, develop scalable scientific capabilities, and mentor data scientists. The position requires at least 9 years of data science and analytics experience, expertise in experimentation, causal inference, segmentation, funnel optimization, and machine learning, and strong stakeholder influence. The expected base pay range in Oakland is $210,500 to $284,500.
