Horizon3 is hiring a Senior OR Staff Developer Experience Engineer to define and operate developer tooling, CI/CD, build systems, container images, artifact promotion, release workflows, and secure agentic-development processes. The role leads complex cross-functional initiatives, establishes reusable delivery foundations, mentors engineers, and improves developer productivity, security, observability, and adoption. It requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong CI/CD and Kubernetes knowledge, Go and Python proficiency, and software supply-chain expertise. The position offers a hybrid or remote work model, occasional travel, and a base salary of $199,750–$270,000 annually plus equity.
