Description
Renesas Electronics is hiring a Senior Engineer for its Technology Development team to develop and characterize power and semiconductor devices. The role involves operating and maintaining semiconductor test equipment, performing wafer- and package-level characterization, reliability, transient, and S-parameter measurements, developing test software, debugging test-chip programs, and upgrading hardware and software as testing requirements change. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 10 years of hands-on semiconductor device characterization experience, familiarity with semiconductor test and layout tools, Unix systems knowledge, and understanding of device physics.
