Description
OLIX is hiring Senior/Staff Digital Design Engineers to own end-to-end high-speed, real-time data-processing silicon from algorithm modelling through verified RTL and silicon bring-up. The role involves designing high-throughput CMOS digital pipelines, prototyping in FPGA, modelling algorithms, developing and verifying RTL, analysing PPA, collaborating with optical and mixed-signal teams, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need at least seven years of high-performance ASIC or SoC digital design experience, including ownership of a continuous real-time data-stream product, along with expertise in EDA flows, high-speed IP, FPGA prototyping, algorithm modelling, and semiconductor physics.
