Renesas is hiring a DDR6 Memory Interface Verification Engineer to develop and verify digital sections of DDR5, DDR6, and beyond memory data buffer chips. The role owns verification environments, test plans, coverage, UVM-based testbenches, checker development, design collaboration, and verification improvements, while supporting feasibility studies. Candidates need a master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 7+ years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience.
