Lightmatter is hiring an Electro-Optic Systems Architect to design and validate high-volume electro-optic architecture solutions for AI and HPC data-center products. The role involves end-to-end electrical-optical-electrical link design, system-level modeling with Cadence, VPI Photonics, and Keysight ADS, co-designing silicon photonic devices, RF and high-speed optical experiments, and collaboration with electronics and photonics engineering teams. Candidates need a Ph.D. or Master’s degree with substantial relevant experience, proficiency in photonic and RF simulation and coding, and experience with high-speed optical modulators and receivers.
