Description
Astera Labs is hiring a Senior/Staff Electronics Engineer for its Hardware Electrical Validation team. The role supports hardware electrical design and validation of PCBAs and related products, including circuit de-risking, test-plan development, board bring-up, debugging complex hardware failures, rework, test-fixture development, and collaboration with system and post-silicon validation teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, at least three years of hardware test or design experience, strong knowledge of power regulators, PDNs, Bode analysis, clock generators, and hardware testing, with Python preferred for lab automation. The base salary is $185,000 USD to $240,000 USD.
