Description
Renesas Electronics is seeking an Experienced Application Engineer specializing in AI robotics to develop, integrate, and deploy embedded software for robotic applications. The role involves software development across heterogeneous Arm Cortex-A, Cortex-R, and Cortex-M cores on RCar and RZ SoCs, AI/ML model integration on NPU, DSP, and GPU hardware, real-time control algorithms, ROS2 middleware, and Linux applications. Candidates should have strong C, C++, and Python skills, robotics and computer-vision experience, familiarity with OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and knowledge of reinforcement learning or robotics simulation.
