Infineon is hiring a Senior Staff Engineer to lead the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth coexistence validation team. The role defines validation strategies and best practices, ensures product performance, reliability, and interoperability, collaborates with firmware, software, product management, and test teams, debugs complex wireless issues, drives automation and quality initiatives, mentors engineers, and supports product releases. Candidates need 9–12 years of Wi-Fi/Bluetooth coexistence validation experience, knowledge of WLAN, Bluetooth, Zigbee, and Thread, wireless validation tool proficiency, strong debugging and stakeholder-management skills, and Python scripting or test automation experience is an added advantage.
