Renesas is hiring a CAD & Methodology Engineer to develop, maintain, and support scalable design automation infrastructure for backend physical design teams. The role focuses on RTL-to-GDSII implementation and signoff, reference flows, automation, methodology standardization, EDA tool and PDK deployment, and technical support through tapeout. The position requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's or master's degree in electronics or electrical engineering, EDA tool knowledge, and scripting proficiency.
