Description

Cheniere Energy is hiring a Senior/Staff Engineer, Electrical Reliability to serve as the technical steward for plant electrical systems, supporting daily operations, maintenance, documentation, reliability improvement, failure analysis, capital improvement proposals, safety and environmental compliance, spare-parts planning, and contractor management. The role supports industrial electrical systems from 120 VAC through 13.8 kV at an operating energy terminal and requires either at least five years of relevant industrial experience for the Senior level or at least ten years for the Staff level, along with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; high school diploma or GED.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of relevant industrial experience for Senior Engineer or at least 10 years for Staff Engineer, in engineering, operations, maintenance, or a related technical function.
Preferred Qualifications: LNG facility experience preferred; relevant petrochemical, NGL, cryogenic natural gas processing, or hydrocarbon processing experience acceptable.
LNG terminal or facility experience strongly preferred for the Staff level.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and exercise sound judgment in a dynamic environment.
Ability to perform demanding industrial-site physical tasks, including climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Availability for call-outs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Current TWIC card in good standing.
