Micron Technology is hiring a Frontend Labor Productivity Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide programs that improve Frontend labor productivity through standardization, automation, generative AI, robotics, and workload optimization. The role manages program delivery, staffing models, AI and low-code initiatives, KPI dashboards, workload forecasting, and stakeholder governance across sites and central teams. Candidates need an engineering or related degree, at least three years of semiconductor operations experience, strong program management and analytical skills, and familiarity with GenAI, automation, and Microsoft 365 tools.
