Netradyne is hiring a Senior Staff Engineer _ Hardware to lead product test strategy and a team of test engineers. The role owns product test plans, production test systems, field device debugging, COTS device validation, test standards, defect resolution, automation, and cross-functional test reviews. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 12+ years of product or system testing experience, and at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior role. The position is based in HM Tech Park, Whitefield, Bangalore, with a work-from-office arrangement five days per week.
