Description
Infineon is hiring a Senior Staff Engineer for Memory Macro Design and Architecture Verification in its Research & Development team. The role leads embedded memory compiler development, collaborates with concept engineers, project managers, view-generation, and automation teams, and provides hands-on support for memory design, characterization, and verification. The engineer will also lead an expert team and contribute to development processes and tool flow. Required qualifications include an electrical engineering or computer science degree, at least five years of professional experience in transistor-level circuit design and SPICE-level simulation, and strong semiconductor electronic circuit design, simulation, and verification expertise. Custom digital or memory design experience leading a project team is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and fluent English; German is a plus.
