Infineon is hiring a Power Electronics Engineer to design and develop high-power industrial power conversion systems, including MW-scale DC-AC and DC-DC systems, utility-scale solar inverters, and Battery Energy Storage Systems. The role covers end-to-end product development, simulation and thermal modelling, custom subassembly integration, supplier collaboration, manufacturing support, testing, validation, and industrialisation. Candidates need 10–12 years of experience in high-power power electronics, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects.
