Description
The role focuses on technology and tool transfer, process development, qualification, optimization, and integration in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include process characterization, stability and improvement, FMEA and risk assessment, excursion prevention, productivity and quality improvement, and coordination across production, technology integration, planning, business, and quality engineering teams. The profile requires an engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent degree, at least five years of hands-on wafer-fab metrology and equipment engineering experience, and knowledge of semiconductor processes, integration, device physics, and high-volume ramp-up.
