Description
Infineon is hiring a Senior Staff Engineer, Quality Engineering to lead quality improvement and the Quality Engineering team, establish and maintain quality management systems, drive audits and deviation management, control risks and changes, and ensure production capability and stability. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, at least five years of Quality Engineering or related experience, preferably in semiconductor or PCBA manufacturing, along with leadership, communication, adaptability, and knowledge of FMEA, QC tools, 8D reports, and IATF regulations.
