Description
The OSAT NPI Manager will manage OSAT partners on ST’s new-product-introduction projects, covering development, qualification, change management, production deployment, technical resource allocation, crisis recovery, quality and yield improvement, and documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field, at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, and knowledge of Excel and Office; JMP and Power/BGA package experience are advantageous. Travel to countries as needed may be required.
