Description
Infineon is hiring a Senior Staff Engineer Test Engineering to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of semiconductor test solutions. The role focuses on automated production testing of integrated circuits, ATE test-program development, hardware and test fixture design, product characterization, production test strategies, test-data analysis, and continuous improvement. It requires a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field, at least seven years of integrated-circuit production experience, semiconductor test-system experience, test-development software skills, test-methodology and circuit-design expertise, PCB schematic and layout knowledge, bench-test-equipment familiarity, and strong software and hardware debugging abilities.
