Infineon is hiring a Senior Staff Engineer, Unit Process Development for its Research & Development team. The role leads process development activities from parameter scouting through optimization, verification, and process freeze; supports prototype builds, technical handover, supplier qualification, documentation, statistical analysis, process improvement, and intellectual property; and mentors engineers and project teams. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field, at least eight years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, strong assembly-process knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, material science and chemical engineering knowledge, analytical equipment knowledge, DOE proficiency, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
