Description
The role leads process development for semiconductor development projects, including parameter scouting, optimization, verification, process freeze, technical handoffs to operations, documentation, prototype builds, supplier qualification, and complex problem solving. It requires a degree in engineering or a relevant course, 10 years of semiconductor, advanced packaging, or SMT manufacturing experience, and hands-on expertise in dispensing, jetting, underfill, adhesive processes, fine-pitch applications, yield improvement, defect reduction, and statistical analysis.
