The role makes go/no-go product-quality decisions, leads root-cause analysis of complex molding defects, optimizes transfer-molding parameters, reviews tooling design, and mentors engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, at least five years of semiconductor or related experience, hands-on transfer-molding experience, and strong moldability and communication skills.
