Infineon is hiring a Unit Process & Equipment Engineer to own and improve final test and packing manufacturing processes and the supporting test and packaging equipment. The role covers process control, yield and throughput improvement, equipment installation and commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, documentation, KPI management, and cross-functional projects. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least five years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, final test, assembly, or high-tech manufacturing.
