Description
Infineon is hiring a Senior Staff Engineer, Unit Process Engineering to develop and continuously improve yield and quality processes, lead 8D, yield, quality, and cost-saving projects, support internal and external audits, maintain process documentation, and provide technical guidance to teams. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering or semiconductor technology field, at least five years of experience in trim and form, package singulation, or semiconductor manufacturing, EOL process knowledge, systematic problem-solving, production-area expertise, reliability knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.
