Description
The Data Governance Specialist will accelerate the capture and certification of business definitions in Unity Catalog by working with data stewards and domain owners across Finance, Commercial, HR, and Marketing. The role maps data assets, recommends definitions and calculation logic, resolves terminology conflicts, validates and uploads definitions, establishes a lightweight governance process, and documents the end-to-end workflow. Required skills include data stewardship, Databricks, Databricks Data Governance, and Unity Catalog; strong Python is preferred.
