Snorkel AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Computer Use Agents to lead technical execution of complex customer engagements involving agents that operate computers, browsers, and software environments. The role covers task-environment design, datasets, evaluation workflows, agent-failure diagnosis, experimentation, production delivery, customer partnership, and the creation of reusable technical standards and capabilities. Candidates need at least five years of experience in machine learning, software, applied AI, forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role, along with strong Python, LLM-based or agentic-systems, evaluation, and customer-facing experience. The base salary range is $180,000–$320,000 USD, with variable compensation and equity and benefits.
