Senior/Staff FDE - Synthetic Data Generation at Snorkel AI

Snorkel AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Synthetic Data Generation to lead technical execution of complex customer engagements involving synthetic data for model training, evaluation, and performance. The role covers synthetic data generation and evaluation pipelines, LLM- and ML-assisted workflows, automated quality checks, experimentation, production delivery, customer partnership, technical leadership, and the development of reusable capabilities and standards. Candidates need at least five years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, applied AI, forward deployed engineering, or a similar technical role, along with strong Python, LLM, synthetic data, and ML evaluation experience. The base salary range is $180,000–$320,000 USD, with variable compensation and equity and benefits.
