Baton Corporation is seeking a Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer to architect and build high-performance systems across all layers of their platform. This role involves defining and evolving cross-stack architecture, leading complex initiatives, designing clean boundaries between frontend/backend/blockchain infrastructure, anticipating systemic bottlenecks, driving improvements in performance and reliability, prototyping new product ideas, raising engineering quality standards, acting as a technical anchor during critical events, and improving developer velocity.
