Description
Axel Springer is hiring a Senior/Staff Engineer to own and evolve its Authentication & Profile domain, including account creation, login, registration, single sign-on, profile data, and secure access. The role designs and operates scalable full-stack services, improves security and reliability, develops APIs and service architectures, and builds cloud-native AWS infrastructure with serverless, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure automation. It requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, strong Java and full-stack expertise, AWS experience, and knowledge of authentication and distributed systems. The position is permanent and full- or part-time, with 80% office presence and 20% mobile working in Berlin.
