ALSO is hiring a Senior Staff Global Supply Manager, EE Components, to own the electronics and semiconductor supply base from early concept through mass production. The role leads global sourcing strategy, semiconductor technology roadmaps, approved vendor qualification, long-term agreements, BOM risk mitigation, should-cost modeling, supply-chain continuity, and supplier performance. It requires 12+ years of global sourcing or commodity management experience, semiconductor or complex EE component expertise, and NPI experience. The position is based in Palo Alto, California, onsite three to five days per week, with a salary of $175,000 to $235,000 per year and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
