ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Staff IAM Software Engineer for its Identity Platform Engineering team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The role leads full-stack IAM platform development, CI/CD and DevOps automation, infrastructure-as-code, identity integrations, access-governance analytics, and scalable software components, while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years as senior staff or equivalent experience and education
Hands-on experience building production enterprise-level platforms
Strong IAM domain experience with identity lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, access certifications, and privileged access management
Experience designing and operating complex distributed enterprise platforms
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and/or Puppet
Experience with identity data analytics and pipeline design
Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integration
Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical initiatives
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization
10+ years of experience with Java, C#, or another high-level compiled language
5+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integration
Familiarity with enterprise identity governance platforms or ServiceNow platform integrations
Understanding of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and SCIM
Experience with graph databases or ML-assisted role mining and access recommendation systems
Exposure to regulated or compliance-constrained environments
Experience with AI productivity and coding tools
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance across the stack
Comfort with development tools, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems
