Doctolib is seeking a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join their Clinical team within the AI and Machine Learning Department. This role involves leading the technical direction of AI systems to enhance clinical decision-making and patient care, tackling complex problems in healthcare AI, and combining deep R&D with strategic technical leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining technical strategy and architecture, overseeing end-to-end ML delivery, and providing leadership and mentorship to other engineers and scientists. The position requires extensive experience in ML/AI, a PhD or equivalent research experience, and expertise in various ML domains.
