Description
HelloFresh is hiring a Technical Lead for Menu Personalization ML Systems to own the end-to-end production recommender stack, including feature pipelines, training workflows, model serving, experimentation tooling, and infrastructure. The role sets technical direction, partners with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Product, operates systems in production, and raises standards across ML and data engineering. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience building and operating production ML systems, strong recommender or personalization experience, and hands-on expertise with Python, Spark, Go, Kafka, Kubernetes, and related systems. The position is based in Toronto, Ontario, with a flexible hybrid arrangement requiring at least two office days per week, and offers a CAD 200,000–300,000 pay range.
