Description
HelloFresh is hiring a technical leader to own the production ML systems powering menu personalization. The role sets technical direction across feature pipelines, training workflows, model serving, experimentation tooling, and infrastructure; partners with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Product; operates and improves systems in production; and raises standards across ML and data engineering. The position requires at least 8 years of experience building and operating production ML systems, strong recommender or personalization experience, fluency in Python, Spark, Go, Kafka, and Kubernetes, and hands-on AI tooling experience. It offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with a minimum of two office days per week.
