Description
Artera is hiring an experienced machine learning engineer to lead AI biomarker development end to end, from problem framing with clinical and biostatistics partners through model development, validation, regulatory submission, and production deployment. The role owns multimodal biomarker programs, self-supervised foundation models, reproducibility across scanners and institutions, mechanistic interpretability, model-development tooling, regulatory documentation, delivery planning, and mentorship of ML scientists and engineers. Candidates need at least five years of industry experience building deep learning systems in PyTorch or TensorFlow, two years of technical leadership in production machine-learning products, and demonstrated oncology, biomarker, project-management, cross-functional communication, and ML-mentoring experience.
