Senior/Staff Mechanical Engineer at Queue

Queue is hiring a Senior/Staff Mechanical Engineer to architect and lead the mechanical design and manufacturing strategy for complex electromechanical systems that dispense medications with pharmaceutical-grade precision. The role owns mechanical architecture from concept through production release, leads design-for-X and supplier and manufacturing partnerships, develops build-to-print documentation, and leads design verification, reliability testing, FMEA, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least eight years of mechanical or mechatronic engineering experience, expertise in high- and low-volume production, complex mechanism design, electromechanical integration, manufacturing methods, and 3D CAD platforms such as OnShape, SolidWorks, or Creo.
