Description
Redesign is hiring a Senior / Staff / Principal Engineer, Internal Technology & Infrastructure to own the internal technical operating layer supporting endpoint and device management, identity, cybersecurity, office and cloud infrastructure, deployment reliability, observability, and internal support systems. The role reports to the VP of Technology, sets technical direction for internal systems, partners with compliance, and builds infrastructure and automation around agentic development. Candidates should have 10–12+ years of engineering experience, strong Python or TypeScript and infrastructure-as-code skills, hands-on AWS and Terraform experience, and a track record of building internal technology or developer-experience products. The position is hybrid from Bengaluru with overlap with United States Eastern and Pacific time zones.
