Neo is hiring a Senior/Staff/Principal Software Developer in Calgary to own financial software services and clients end to end, from API and schema design through production delivery and long-term technical health. The role includes serving as a code owner, writing automated tests, conducting substantive code reviews, owning production observability, anticipating reliability and security risks, and contributing to shared tooling and engineering mentorship. The technology stack is GraphQL, MongoDB, Node.js, TypeScript, React, React Native, and AWS.
