Description

Sydecar is hiring a Senior/Staff Product Designer to own and evolve the end-to-end user experience for deal leads, investors, and internal operations teams. The role leads user research, design systems and UI foundations, complex regulated financial workflows, and design quality while partnering with Product and Engineering. It is a hybrid position based in San Francisco or New York City with two to three days of in-office attendance per week.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of product design experience
At least 2 years of experience as a lead or senior designer
Experience establishing or improving design processes on a team
Deep experience leading and applying user research to drive strategy and execution
Strong experience designing complex workflows, multi-step processes, or system-heavy products
Strong experience in design systems and UI libraries
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in regulated markets, especially fintech, capital markets, or private venture
Experience with consumer and/or SMB products
